Jordan Creek winds through this 269-acre suburban oasis. This park offers a variety of options for active and passive recreation. Much of the park is a wooded area with trails for hiking, jogging, and trail biking at all levels. It is a must-visit location for disc golf fans.

There are several miles of nature trails that attract hikers, mountain bikers and equestrians to enjoy the natural beauty of the seasons.

Leashed pets are welcome in the park and in any body of water, as long as they remain on a leash at all times.

The area is excellent for bird watching due to its forested and creek ecosystems. Birders can see bald eagles, ducks, and much, much more. The Jordan Creek offers fishing opportunities.

The Jordan Creek Parkway includes a mix of meadows and forests. Tall canopies of tulip poplar and oak line the hills.

Jordan Creek Parkway neighbors Lehigh County’s community garden space, a program to provide citizens access to garden space to produce healthy, sustainable food.

Under the leadership of Wildlands Conservancy, the Jordan Creek Greenway is part of 13 trails that make up THE LINK trail network: a regional conservation initiative connecting communities, natural landscapes, and open space through the heart of Lehigh County. An estimated 14-mile, multi-use trail is planned to connect the City of Allentown to Trexler Nature Preserve, through local parks and natural areas along the Jordan Creek corridor. This continuous greenway is designed to preserve the natural resources of the corridor while providing recreational and environmental benefits to the community.

The Jordan Creek Greenway is owned and managed by Lehigh County and the municipalities surrounding the Jordan Creek. This linear corridor will connect five existing county and municipal parks, while offering a variety of recreational opportunities including hiking, biking, fishing, and wildlife viewing.
