We’ll gather for an evening surrounded by a beautiful, panoramic view of the Lehigh Valley’s largest open space at Trexler Nature Preserve’s Environmental Center. Each dinner served supports local natural spaces and places right here in the Lehigh Valley and Lehigh River watershed.
This is a reservation you can only get with Wildlands Conservancy- It’s back by popular demand, and space is limited!

MENU WILL FEATURE
Zekraft works with local farmers and crafters to provide fresh, seasonal fare. Farms include: Patriot Farmers, Salvaterra Gardens, Cabbage Throw Farm, Apple Ridge Farm, Scholls Orchards, Nello’s, Valley Milk House, Raspberry Ridge Creamery, Klein Farms, Castle Valley Mill, Breakaway Farm, and many more.
- Hors d’oeuvres including artisan meats, seasonal vegetables, and fresh-baked crostini (vegan options available)
- Local salad with fresh fruit and local cheese
- Beef short rib with turnip whip and glazed carrots
- Maple-glazed salmon with sweet potato, red onion, bacon, and brussel sprouts
- Vegan smoked eggplant with barley, tomato, onion, sweet potato, garlic, cilantro, and & benne seeds
- Fresh-baked desserts with local and preserved fruits, as well as apple cider, bottled cold brew, and chais
