Join us for a morning of volunteering with Wildlands Conservancy & Emmaus Public Library!

Scope of work: We will be working to benefit the Emmaus Public Library and a nearby stream. At the site, we’ll plant native wildflower plugs, as well as trees to create a riparian buffer along a stream just across Ridge Street.

Location & Meetup point: Volunteers will meet at the Emmaus Public Library at 9:00 AM. The library is at 11 East Main St., Emmaus, PA 18049, but the parking lot entrance is on Ridge Street. The activity will wrap up before lunchtime.

Tips for the day:

  • All necessary tools will be provided, including gloves – though feel free to bring your favorite pair.
  • Wear clothes appropriate for the day’s weather, gardening gear that you don’t mind getting dirty, and sturdy shoes or boots. We suggest bringing a water bottle.
  • Coffee and snacks will be provided.

Come help beautify our community while promoting a healthy habitat for the creatures in our watershed!
