The relatively warmer days of late winter get sap flowing in our trees and, as humans have for centuries, people tap, draw off the sap and boil it down to make sweet syrup. You can do this in any yard and in your own kitchen. Learn how to tap your tree and turn the sap into syrup in this hands-on program. We’ll demonstrate necessary equipment, tap some trees, and sample some syrup on homemade pancakes. YUM!
