Planned Giving
"A true conservationist is a man who knows that the world is not given by his fathers but borrowed from his children." – Audubon
What can ONE person do?
The challenge of preserving, protecting, and enhancing our quality of place is an enormous one, demanding an ongoing base of support for both today and tomorrow. That’s why we ask you to remember Wildlands Conservancy in your will. Whether a simple bequest of cash or other specific assets, bequests to non-profit organizations are not subject to estate or inheritance taxes. The value of the bequest is deductible from your taxable estate, thereby lowering estate taxes.
Please use the following language when referring to Wildlands Conservancy in your will or other plans: "Wildlands Conservancy, a non-profit organization located in Lower Macungie Township, Pennsylvania."
YOU can help ensure the future of our quality of place. YOU can leave a legacy for your children, grandchildren, and generations that follow.
Lasting Tributes
Wildlands Conservancy offers unique gifts “In Memory” and “In Honor” of good friends or loved ones at the Pool Wildlife Sanctuary. A sampling of these special gifts include: native plantings, habitat improvement projects on the Little Lehigh Creek, naming opportunities in our Trexler Environmental Education Center, adoption of a menagerie animal, and the purchase of an engraved brick along the nature center walkway.
